ThermalSeal RT2RR^TM polyester sealing films for real-time PCR are sized to fit within the edges of raised-rim 96-well plates. the same consistent ultra-high optical clarity as Excel's ThermalSeal RT^TM selaing films (above) enables more reproducible, reliable, and consistent DNA amplification measurements. An inert, strong, temperature-resistant adhesive assures reliable sealing around each well. Two perforated end tabs and corners trimmed to 45° assist in positioning the sealing film, prevents lifting at the edges and higher evaporation rates that can occur iwth sealing films that overlap a raised rim. ThermalSeal RT2RR^TM is recommended for specific DNA sequence detection in clinical diagnostics, forensic science and basic research and has a suggested temperature range of -40° to 120° C.
